Terry O'Halloran receives 'Keeping the Blues Alive' award, 2007
Blues Society of Omaha president Terry O'Halloran has received a national award for his work on behalf of the blues. The Blues Foundation has recognized O'Halloran with its Keeping the Blues Alive Award for Promoter of the Year. The Blues Foundation hosted an awards brunch in Memphis, Tenn., February 3, 2007. On Thursday, January 4, 2007, the first Omaha Entertainment Awards were presented at downtown Omaha's Holland Performing Arts Center. Awards were presented in over fifty individual categories in theatre, arts, and entertainment. Terry O was presented with the
